Description
A refined and expressive Champagne from the historic house of Henri Giraud in Aÿ, Champagne. Made mainly from Pinot Noir with Chardonnay in support, this cuvée combines richness, freshness, and elegant texture. The wine is partially vinified in oak, giving extra depth and a subtle creamy character.
The nose opens with pear, peach, candied lemon, brioche, white pepper, and light vanilla notes. The palate is silky and vinous, with fine bubbles, mineral freshness, and a long finish marked by biscuit, almond, and citrus zest. It works beautifully as an aperitif, but also with oysters, scallops, sushi, roasted poultry, or aged cheeses.
