Henri Giraud Blanc de Craie Champagne Brut
Henri Giraud Blanc de Craie Brut is a precise and elegant Blanc de Blancs Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay. The grapes come from the chalk-rich terroirs of Aÿ and Louvois in Champagne, giving the wine its bright mineral style and refined tension. Part of the reserve wines is aged in Argonne oak barrels, adding extra texture and depth without masking freshness.
The nose opens with lemon zest, grapefruit, white flowers, brioche, and light tropical notes. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, with fine bubbles, saline minerality, and a long chalky finish. Fresh, energetic, and gastronomic, it pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sushi, grilled fish, caviar, or delicate poultry dishes.
