A refined white wine from Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux, made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon. It has a shiny golden colour with aromas of beeswax, honey, peach and apricot. The palate is powerful and balanced, combining richness with fresh acidity, followed by subtle spicy and peppery notes on an intense finish. Excellent with grilled fish or dry goat cheese.
