1. The Company
This website, wineandmore.com.cy, is operated by Vectolama Holdings Ltd, trading as Wine and More ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and the purchase of products from our online store and retail boutiques. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol products from Wine and More. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. Should a price increase between the acceptance of your order and its delivery, we will notify you — and you may cancel the order if the new price is not acceptable. Payment must be received in full before dispatch, and payment may not be withheld by way of set-off or counterclaim. Volume discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined on the same items: where more than one discount could apply, the single most favourable one is applied automatically.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know promptly and offer an alternative, a credit or a refund.
5. Delivery, Risk & Ownership
Delivery areas, times and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery; ownership passes once the goods are delivered and paid for in full. A signature from an adult (18+) is required upon delivery of alcohol products.
6. Faulty Goods & Returns
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any defect must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery — after this period the goods are deemed accepted. 7. Intellectual Property
All rights, including copyright, in this website and its content are owned by or licensed to Vectolama Holdings Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for damage to your computer equipment or data arising from your use of this website, including exposure to viruses.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes or transport disruption.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus. Contracts are concluded in English.
