Henri Giraud Hommage au Pinot Noir Champagne Brut
Henri Giraud Hommage au Pinot Noir Brut is a powerful and elegant Blanc de Noirs Champagne made mainly from Pinot Noir grown in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ. Part of the wine is aged in Argonne oak barrels, giving extra depth, texture, and complexity while preserving freshness and precision.
The nose opens with apricot, warm pear, red berries, brioche, almond, and soft spice aromas. The palate is rich yet refined, with creamy bubbles, saline minerality, and a long chalky finish. Full of character and energy, it pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, truffle dishes, mature cheeses, grilled lobster, or fine charcuterie.
