We deliver across Cyprus. International delivery is available on request — contact us and we'll arrange it.
Delivery Times
Your order arrives within 3 working days at the most — and we do our best to dispatch the same day. Express 24-hour delivery is available on request.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is €6.50, VAT included. Orders above €70 enjoy complimentary standard delivery, per delivery address.
Minimum Order
Online orders start at €15.
Delivery Requirements
- A signature from a person aged 18 or older is required for all deliveries containing alcohol.
- Please make sure the delivery address is accurate and accessible.
Returns & Refunds
Owing to the sensitive nature of our products, returns of food and delicatessen items cannot be accepted.
If an item arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and your order number.
- Replacement first: we replace faulty goods whenever stock allows.
- Credit note or refund: otherwise we issue a credit note (valid for 6 months) or refund your original payment method — refunds are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Items showing signs of mishandling cannot be accepted as faulty.
- Requests outside this window cannot be considered.
