Henri Giraud Ratafia de Champagne Solera 90-19
Henri Giraud Ratafia de Champagne Solera 90-19 is a rare and indulgent wine from Champagne, France. Made from grape must and Champagne spirit, then aged using a solera system with reserves dating back to 1990, it offers exceptional richness and depth. Smooth and beautifully balanced, it is designed to be savoured slowly.
The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of dried apricot, fig, honey, toasted nuts, caramel, and sweet spices. The palate is rich and silky, with layers of dried fruit, candied orange, vanilla, and roasted hazelnut. Despite its richness, it remains fresh and elegant, leading to a long and memorable finish. It pairs beautifully with foie gras, blue cheeses, dark chocolate desserts, tarte tatin, or simply enjoyed on its own after dinner.
