Henri Giraud MV 20 Aÿ Champagne Grand Cru Brut
Henri Giraud MV 20 Aÿ Grand Cru Brut is a prestigious Champagne from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ. Made mainly from Pinot Noir with a touch of Chardonnay, this multi-vintage cuvée blends the 2020 harvest with reserve wines dating back to 1990. Part of the wine is aged in small Argonne oak barrels, giving extra richness and texture while keeping freshness and precision.
The nose shows ripe pear, apricot, citrus zest, brioche, toasted almond, and light spice aromas. The palate is creamy, fresh, and beautifully balanced, with fine bubbles and a long mineral finish. Notes of pastry, roasted nuts, yellow fruit, and gentle smoky hints add depth and complexity. Elegant and gastronomic, it pairs perfectly with lobster, roasted poultry, veal, mushrooms, or aged cheeses.
