Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) by Salt & Fire in Nicosia is crafted with care from olives grown exclusively in the family-owned grove.

This premium oil is a “Coupage Natural”—a natural blend of olive varieties. Its foundation is the Koroneiki olive, known for its vibrant notes of tomato and fresh herbs, as well as its signature peppery finish. This is beautifully balanced by the local “Kipriaki” variety, which adds depth, body, and a long, elegant aftertaste.

Cold-pressed and high in polyphenols, this EVOO contains an impressive 1500 mg/kg of phenols and just 0.3% acidity—an indicator of exceptional quality.

Best enjoyed raw, drizzle it over fresh bread, legumes, vegetables, or use it to elevate the flavour of grilled fish and meat.
