Viu Manent Gran Reserva Carménère
Sourced from 32-year-old Carménère vines in the La Capilla vineyard, this wine shows the darker, spicier and more elegant side of Colchagua. Its volcanic-influenced soils add character, delivering freshness, concentration and balance.
A deep and expressive Chilean Carménère with violet reflections, blue fruit, warm spice and a subtle touch of roasted coffee. Smooth, balanced and full of texture, it opens with generous fruit before moving into firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
Perfect with grilled meats, lamb, BBQ dishes, spicy sausages, roasted vegetables, charcuterie and mature cheeses.
