Straw yellow color, with intense golden highlights. The beginning of the citrus bouquet reminds of hazelnuts and anise, with hints of peach, a delicate after smell, ripe pears, and saffron. The immediately warm palate, followed by a good acid note brings us to an intricate and developing mineral texture and finishes with a sapid taste.
