Clos du Temple is a very pale and sparkling rosé. Its nose reveals notes of ripe fruit (apricot, white peach), floral notes of rose, and spicy aromas of green pepper. On the palate, the same aromas reappear, enhanced by a delicate finish of blond tobacco. This wine can age for many years.
