This artisanal Onion Confit is made with 65.5% onions, slowly transformed into soft, melting pieces with a delicate sweet-and-savoury character. Red wine vinegar, white Pays d’Oc wine and extra virgin olive oil add depth and balance, creating a versatile condiment for both everyday dishes and special occasions.
Serve it cold with foie gras, pâté, terrines, charcuterie or a cheese board, or warm alongside roasted meats, burgers and sautéed potatoes. It can also be stirred into sauces and gravies to add a rich onion sweetness.
