The Domaine Joseph Roty Gevrey-Chambertin 2019 is a powerful and elegant Burgundy Pinot Noir from one of the historic domaines of the Côte de Nuits. The wine shows expressive aromas of black cherry, wild berries and cassis with delicate notes of violet, spice and subtle earthy tones typical of Gevrey-Chambertin. On the palate it is structured yet refined, revealing layers of dark fruit supported by fine tannins and vibrant acidity that lead to a long, balanced finish. Its depth and elegance make it an excellent partner for roasted duck, lamb, mushroom dishes or aged cheeses.
