The Château Haut Grignon Médoc is a classic Left Bank Bordeaux blend combining Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot , offering the structured style typical of the Médoc. The wine shows aromas of blackcurrant, dark berries and subtle spice. On the palate it is balanced and elegant with ripe fruit, firm yet smooth tannins and a fresh finish. Its structure and depth pair beautifully with grilled steak, roasted lamb, duck or aged cheeses.
