Adrien Renoir “Les 2 Terroirs” Champagne Grand Cru Rosé Extra Brut
The Adrien Renoir “Les 2 Terroirs” Grand Cru Extra Brut is a precise and vibrant rosé Champagne produced mainly from Pinot Noir grown in the Grand Cru village of Verzy , with a small portion of red wine added from nearby Verzenay .
The champagne reveals expressive aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, grapefruit and subtle spice. On the palate it is fresh and energetic with fine bubbles, vibrant red fruit and a chalky mineral tension that leads to a long, clean finish. Its lively structure makes it an excellent partner for tuna tartare, grilled salmon, duck or charcuterie.
