Viu Manent El Incidente is a powerful and elegant red wine from the Colchagua Valley in Chile. Made mainly from Carménère, this wine reflects the unique character of one of Chile’s most important grape varieties. Rich and expressive, it combines ripe fruit with freshness and remarkable balance.
The nose opens with aromas of blackberries, plums, blueberries, and sweet spices. Hints of dark chocolate, tobacco, and herbs add extra depth. The palate is smooth and concentrated, with ripe tannins and a long, velvety finish. Layers of dark fruit and spice unfold beautifully in the glass. It pairs perfectly with grilled steak, lamb, slow-cooked meats, game dishes, or mature cheeses.
