Donnafugata Grappa di Mille E Una Notte

Grappa “Mille e Una Notte” is born from the pomace of the different grapes that contribute to the production of the red Terre Siciliane IGT “Mille e Una Notte”, by Donnafugata, among which Nero d'Avola and Syrah stand out.

After distillation in a discontinuous steam alembic still, this refined and elegant distillate is aged in oak barrels to enhance and preserve its engaging and extraordinarily complex aromas and taste-olfactory properties.

Intense golden colour; the aroma is immediately pleasant and engaging; soft on the palate, with an aristocratic and persuasive character. The ageing in barriques has given it an extensive aromatic complex, allowing notes of dried and toasted fruit, cooked and syrup fruit to emerge, up to ripe morello cherry, alternating with honey and vanilla notes.

Try it with dry pastries and chocolate desserts.
