The LaCheteau Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie is a fresh and vibrant white wine from the Loire Valley made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, the traditional grape of Muscadet. The wine shows delicate aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers with subtle mineral and saline notes. On the palate it is crisp, dry and refreshing with lively acidity and a clean finish, enhanced by traditional sur lie ageing which adds texture and complexity. Its bright and mineral character makes it a perfect match for oysters, seafood platters, grilled fish or light salads.
