Mezze Penne de Zite Rigate IGP are a versatile short pasta with a ridged, porous surface that holds rich sauces beautifully. Made in Gragnano from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and pure water, they are slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve their authentic flavour and satisfying texture.
Perfect with rich tomato sauces, meat ragù, creamy sauces, vegetables, or baked pasta recipes. Their compact size and pronounced ridges make them an excellent everyday pasta for both traditional Italian dishes and more creative recipes.
