Albert Mann Cremant d'Alsace 2022 Extra Brut

Few Crémant d'Alsace wines are capable of developing such finesse. We find a beautiful, finely pastry-like autolysis aroma as well as a fine, creamy and invigorating texture on the palate: sweet almond and candied citrus, white flowers and warm brioche, with a clear hint of finesse and chalkiness. The palate is fine, with creamy bubbles well ennobled by time. The body is delicate, slender and mineral to perfection.
