Clos de Capelune is a special cuvée from an exceptional plot at Château Saint-Maur, made in very limited quantities.
The 2025 vintage is organic, Cru Classé, and produced from Syrah, Grenache, and Rolle, giving this rosé both intensity and rare gastronomic elegance.
A gastronomic Provence rosé with a delicate lychee-pink colour and a powerful, elegant nose of pink berries, blood orange, wild mint and fresh red fruit. Round, structured and refined on the palate, it reveals wild strawberry, peppery spice and impressive length, finishing fresh, opulent and beautifully balanced.
Perfect with veal chops, langoustine ravioli, baked potatoes with truffle cream, fig tart, almond milk ice cream and refined Mediterranean dishes.
