Artisanal Orecchiette are a traditional speciality of Southern Italy, instantly recognisable by their small, concave “little ear” shape. Made in Gragnano from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and water, their characteristic form captures sauces beautifully, bringing flavour and satisfying texture to every bite.
Traditionally served with cime di rapa (turnip tops), they are also excellent with vegetable sauces, broccoli, tomato-based sauces, sausage, or other rustic Mediterranean recipes.
