A fresh and elegant white Bordeaux made mainly from Sauvignon Blanc, with Sémillon for extra roundness. It has citrus, white fruit, gentle floral notes and a clean, bright finish. Crisp but not sharp, it is an easy and refined white wine for aperitif moments, seafood and light meals.
Perfect with oysters, grilled fish, prawns, sushi, goat cheese, fresh salads, asparagus, chicken and light Mediterranean dishes.
