Chateau Bouscasse Vieilles Vignes Madiran AOP 2008
Old Vines of Bouscassé, a dark garnet with purple nuances, seduce with their scents of jammy black fruits – blueberry in the lead – combined with the roasted notes of the ageing. The palate, ample and deep, offers freshness, fruity aromas and controlled woodiness.
Pure Tannat from old vines has produced a massively impressive wine. It has needed all the aging it received to show ripe maturity and for the big fruit and structure of the wine to soften. It is now ready to drink.
