Drappier Champagne Quattuor Blanc de Quatre Blancs
A rare and fascinating Champagne made from four white grape varieties: Chardonnay, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Blanc Vrai. It opens with citrus, white flowers, fresh grapes, honeyed apple and a delicate touch of fig, creating a fresh yet layered style with fine bubbles and a long, elegant finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, or with oysters, seafood, sushi, scallops, poultry, creamy cheeses and delicate starters.
It is a blend of 25% Arbanne, 25% Petit Meslier, 25% Blanc Vrai and 25% Chardonnay.
Quattuor from Drappier has been aged on lees for at least 3 years and in vats, giving it great freshness.
