So'Vive is a light and refreshing white wine, perfect for an aperitif, with its 9.5% alcohol content.
This wine embodies freshness and conviviality, offering intense aromas and delicate flavours that invite relaxation and joie de vivre, ideal for moments of sharing.
Its colour is clear with silver highlights. The nose is very expressive, dominated by aromas of exotic fruits, white peach, and orange blossom, typical of Muscat. The Sauvignon brings touches of citrus and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and light, with a nice roundness due to the residual sugar. The fruity notes explode on the palate with a soft and refreshing finish. The balance between acidity and sweetness offers a beautiful length.
