Domaine de l’Aigle has a cool, high-altitude terroir that comes close to Burgundy in style, giving Pinot Noir a fresher and more elegant expression. The estate has been Demeter-certified biodynamic since the 2018 vintage and is also certified organic.
A refined Pinot Noir from one of the highest vineyard areas in Languedoc-Roussillon, where the cool terroir brings freshness, finesse and balance. It shows ruby-red colour with light coppery reflections, intense raspberry and redcurrant aromas, plus a delicate toasted touch. Tender, fruity and lightly spicy on the palate, with silky tannins, elegant structure and a long fruit-driven finish.
Perfect with grilled poultry, roasted meats, grilled fish in sauce, aged cheeses and refined Mediterranean dishes.
