Made from Bical grown in the historic vineyards of Óis do Bairro, Nossa Calcário captures the remarkable character of Bairrada’s limestone soils. With only 8,449 standard bottles produced, it is a distinctive and limited-production Portuguese white that combines tradition, elegance, and impressive ageing potential.
An exceptional Portuguese white wine with an expressive mineral character and delicate smoky notes, complemented by ripe pear, hazelnut and almond. As it opens in the glass, subtle hints of thyme and honey emerge. Rich and creamy yet beautifully fresh, the palate reveals a distinctive saline touch, refined texture and a long, elegant finish with lingering ripe fruit and gentle nuttiness. A sophisticated white with remarkable depth and balance.
