A6mani Concura Primitivo di Manduria DOP Riserva
Concura comes from 60-year-old bush vines in Salento and is aged for 18 months in fine French and American oak. That extra ageing gives the wine more depth, softness and complexity than a simpler Primitivo.
A rich and powerful Primitivo from Puglia, with ripe plum, cherry jam, tobacco, and gentle spice. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, with fine tannins and deep notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Generous, velvety and long on the finish, it is a serious southern Italian red for hearty meals and relaxed evening drinking.
Perfect with red meat, game, slow-cooked beef, roast lamb, rich pasta dishes and mature cheeses.
