Chateau Laguiole Serge Dubs - Best Sommeliers Series
This Château Laguiole was created in honor of Serge Dubs of France, winner of the 1989 World's Best Sommelier contest. A graceful European White Stork, commonly found in the Alsace region of France, is engraved on the bolsters and embossed on the leather sheath of this corkscrew.
The Best Sommeliers Series, created by Master Sommelier Guy Vialis, celebrates the world's best sommeliers. Each authorized piece was designed with the Sommelier's input and, as a result, reflects his preferences.
Since debuting in 1993, Château Laguiole has been the favorite corkscrew of many of the world's best sommeliers. To this day, it remains the most popular high-end waiter-style corkscrews in the business.
All genuine Château Laguiole corkscrews like this one are Made in France.
