A mature and impressive red from Limoux, combining generous dark fruit with elegance and depth. Fresh blackcurrant is layered with subtle spice, chocolate, cocoa, and liquorice, while fine, silky tannins give the palate a smooth yet structured feel. After nearly a decade of evolution, the 2016 shows beautiful harmony and a remarkably long finish.
