Elegant and structured, this classic Barbaresco opens with aromas of rose, cherry, and wild berries. Notes of violet, spice, and a light earthy touch add depth and complexity.
On the palate, it is refined and balanced, with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Flavours of red fruit, spice, and subtle oak lead to a long, smooth finish.
Serve at 16–18°C. Pairs well with red meats, game, truffle dishes, and aged cheeses.
