Les Griffons De Pichon Baron AOC Pauillac 2019
Les Griffons is one of the two second wines of Château Pichon Baron. The 2019 blend is led by Merlot, giving softness and ripe fruit, while Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure, freshness, and classic Pauillac character.
A deep and elegant Pauillac with rich black fruit, gentle spice, and subtle oak. The palate is full and structured, with ripe tannins, freshness and a long mineral finish. Powerful but polished, it is a serious Bordeaux with enough charm to enjoy now and enough structure to age further.
Perfect with beef fillet, roast lamb, duck, game, truffle dishes, mushroom recipes, rich stews and mature cheeses.
