50% Cabernet Franc from Gualtallary, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Merlot
At sight, it presents a medium garnet red colour, with a bright hue. Aromatically, strawberry jams, red plums, blackberries, delicate peppers, and subtle notes of coffee appear. In the mouth it presents friendly and juicy tannins with an accompanying acidity, generating a lasting balance. Spices and menthol notes are perceived at the end of the mouth.
