Craft & origin

Created in collaboration with their neighbour, artisan roaster Café Dauré, Distillerie C’est Nous selected coffee beans from Kenya, prized for their fruitiness, and from Ethiopia, chosen for their intensity. The coffee is roasted and freshly ground before being transported just across the street.

The coffee liquor is obtained through cold extraction, drop by drop. This heat-free technique preserves all the finesse and freshness of the coffee, avoiding bitterness and capturing a clean, precise aromatic profile.
