Sourced from the hillside Les Combottes parcel in Pernand-Vergelesses and made from 100% Chardonnay, this wine is fermented and aged about 12 months in oak (≈30% new) to build depth while preserving freshness. It expresses the mineral, elegant style typical of Rapet’s whites from the Corton hill area.
Pale straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is fresh and elegant, showing white fruit, citrus, and delicate floral notes with hints of honey and flint. On the palate, it is lively and mineral, combining freshness with a sleek texture and a refined, persistent finish.
