Besserat de Bellefon Brut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru
Cellar Master, Cédric Thiébault, produces the Besserat de Bellefon Blanc de Noirs by sourcing only Grands Crus from 4 villages.
This vintage represents a unique and singular production process perpetuated since 1930. Maison Besserat de Bellefon uses less draft liqueur, which results in a lighter and more airy mousse. Its foam is smooth, creamy and persistent. Blanc de Noirs has the particularity of not having undergone malolactic fermentation.
“The blend of the power and warmth of Bouzy and Ambonnay with the freshness and tension of Verzy and Mailly, offers a balanced, complex, warm and airy wine.”
