Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris Late Harvest Alsace AOC
In exceptional years, the grapes from the best plots of Domaine Joseph Cattin are harvested over-ripe several weeks after the start of the official harvest. The rich aromatic palette, fruity and spicy, which characterizes the grape variety is enhanced by the concentration and development of noble rot. Sublimely mellow, this wine can be enjoyed alone or with desserts and foie gras.
ColourIntense gold.
NoseSlightly smoky, notes of ripe yellow fruits (quince, apricot, etc.).
TasteHoney, stewed fruit. Soft, powerful body, of good length.
