Domaine Vacheron is one of the respected names of Sancerre, and its vineyards have been farmed biodynamically since 2006. This is a Sauvignon Blanc with a more refined, mineral personality — an excellent bottle for discovering why serious Sancerre can be so much more than simply fresh and fruity.
A pure and elegant Sancerre with bright citrus, green apple, white flowers and a fine mineral edge. Fresh, precise and beautifully clean, it has the crisp Loire Valley character that makes Sauvignon Blanc feel sharp, refined and effortless.
Perfect with oysters, seafood, grilled fish, goat cheese, salads, sushi and light Mediterranean dishes.
