Brotte Les Hauts de Barville Châteauneuf du Pape AOC
A rich and elegant red Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Rhône Valley, produced by Maison Brotte. Made mainly from Grenache, with Syrah and Mourvèdre, it offers aromas of ripe strawberry, red fruits, sweet spice, truffle and garrigue herbs. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, with generous fruit, refined tannins and a long spicy finish.
Excellent with roast lamb, grilled meats, beef stew, game dishes and mature cheeses.
