The nose is delicate and layered. It opens with citrus, green apple and white flowers, followed by subtle notes of brioche and almond. On the palate, the wine is crisp and structured, with fine, persistent bubbles and a smooth texture. The acidity is fresh and well-integrated, leading to a long and elegant finish.
Produced using the traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle for 60 months) , this sparkling wine gains extra depth, finer bubbles and a more complex character. It pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, light starters, and refined dishes.
