Sourced mainly from the San Carlos vineyard in Colchagua, where Cabernet Sauvignon vines were planted over 100 years ago. The small touches of Syrah and Malbec add depth and complexity, while the old vines bring concentration, balance, and serious character.
A deep and polished Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe raspberry, warm spice and well-integrated oak. Structured, broad and full of character, it brings firm tannins, good body and a long, confident finish.
Perfect with grilled steak, roast beef, lamb, BBQ ribs, rich stews, charcuterie and mature cheeses.
