From the first nose, it is the chalky mineral character of the limestone soils of Vougeot which is expressed in the glass. This mineral blends perfectly with a wild, smoky black fruit. On the palate, the verticality of this Pinot is impressive. There are straight tannins which give way to an incredible mineral persistence!
