A powerful and mature Madiran from Alain Brumont's old-vine vineyards. The nose reveals intense aromas of blackberry, blueberry compote, black plum, cigar box, tobacco, mocha, roasted coffee, leather, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is deep, structured, and remarkably complex, combining concentrated dark fruit with firm yet polished tannins. Despite its age, the wine retains freshness and impressive vitality, leading to a long, savoury finish with notes of cocoa, cedar, and spice.
