Character: Elegant aroma of candied fruit and honey. The taste is sweet and well-balanced with notes of exotic fruits such as anise and apricot.
VinificationThe grapes are harvested late, which contributes to a high concentration and sugar content. The grapes are then pressed in whole bunches and fermentation takes place in new oak barrels at 18 degrees.
AgingThe wine has been aged for 18 months on its lees in oak barrels.
