This biodynamic red comes from Château l’Hospitalet, overlooking the Mediterranean coast in one of Languedoc’s most distinctive terroirs. Syrah, Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre give depth, spice and structure, while 12 months in barrel add polish and complexity.
A rich and sun-filled red wine from La Clape, with dark fruit, Mediterranean spice and a smooth, generous character. Fresh sea influence and limestone soils bring balance to its ripe fruit, creating a red that feels bold, warm and elegant at the same time.
Perfect with grilled meats, lamb, duck, rich stews, roasted vegetables, charcuterie and mature cheeses.
