Gérard Bertrand Clos d'Ora 2021 AOP Minervois La Liviniere
An exceptional wine born in a mysterious and preserved estate, set at 200 metres altitude in the heart of Languedoc.
Clos d’Ora has already earned strong critical recognition. Bettane & Desseauve described it in Les Échos as “A Grand Cru born in Languedoc.” It is also listed in some of the world’s most prestigious establishments, including Fouquet’s Paris, Auberge du Vieux Puits — 3 Michelin stars, Harrods in London and Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
Powerful yet elegant, Clos d’Ora reveals intense black fruit, refined depth and beautifully melted tannins. Its careful vinification and ageing give the wine impressive volume, remarkable length and excellent ageing potential.
