Craft & origin

Created in collaboration with their neighbour, artisan roaster Café Dauré , Distillerie C’est Nous selected coffee beans from Kenya , prized for their fruitiness, and from Ethiopia , chosen for their intensity. The coffee is roasted and freshly ground before being transported just across the street.

The coffee liquor is obtained through cold extraction, drop by drop . This heat-free technique preserves all the finesse and freshness of the coffee, avoiding bitterness and capturing a clean, precise aromatic profile.
