The Adrien Renoir “Le Cépage” Verzy Grand Cru Extra Brut is a precise and elegant grower Champagne produced from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Grand Cru village of Verzy in the Montagne de Reims .
The wine opens with aromas of pear, citrus, baked apple and white flowers with subtle notes of toasted almond and brioche. On the palate it is vibrant and structured, combining ripe orchard fruit with fine bubbles, bright acidity and a mineral, saline finish. This Blanc de Noirs style pairs beautifully with oysters, grilled fish, monkfish or light poultry dishes.
